At Abacus Professional Training we pay attention to detail. We continually operate a structure of evaluation and improvement in all areas. Our aim is to provide you with practical and enjoyable training enabling you to feel confident in dealing with a medical emergency. All First Aid courses are HSE approved and delivered and certificated in accordance with HSE regulations.
Booking ArrangementsInitial bookings and enquiries should be made direct to Abacus Professional Training. All bookings should be confirmed by letter or signed fax on 01934 612873.
Course EnrolmentFull payment for enrolments should be received by Abacus Professional Training no later than 30 days after the date of the invoice raised on the day of the course. Abacus Professional Training reserves the right to refuse admission to the course if the candidate fails to turn up at the located time and venue.
Enrolments are transferable to other delegates. In such cases Abacus Professional Training should be informed of the change prior to the course.
No refund will be given to delegates who fail to complete the course or do not achieve the required standard.Abacus Professional Training reserves the right to withhold certificates due to delegates until full payment has been received.Training Facilities In the event that the training room is provided by a third party, the room must be large enough to allow for practical training. The training facilities must conform to the minimum H.S.E standards expected of any organisation with regard to lighting, ventilation, access, etc. A representative from Abacus Professional Training will be available to inspect the accommodation prior to the training course.
Cancellation/postponed by Client
All cancellations or postponed courses must be made in writing to Abacus Professional Training. Courses cancelled in writing by the client become liable for the following charges:

| 7 days or more notice.. | 50% of total cost | |
| Less than 7 days notice.. | 75% of total cost | |
| Less than 36 hours notice.. | Full amount payable |
